Alumni Spotlight Interviews and Outreach

Community Montessori School has been in existence for over four decades, but the administration did not have the bandwidth to keep in regular touch with alumni. Also, current parents were interested in alumni outcomes. The solution was to create an alumni database and showcase alumni achievements through interviews. The alumni section on their website includes a page for alumni to directly get in touch with the school. The alumni interviews helped the school in two ways: it got the school back in touch with former students, and it helped with retention by showcasing graduation results that current families could read.
